Your wedding or special event should be memorable and so should your cake. It should not only look beautiful and stunning, but also taste delicious. That is why I bake fresh and from scratch. Your cake is never frozen or made from  a mix. I use high quality ingredients like real butter in my Boiled Merenque Buttercream Frosting and fresh strawberries and real whipped cream in my Strawberry Cake. My recipes are mostly European, so they focus on flavors and textures rather than being overly sweet. My popular Italian Creme Cake has ground walnuts and coconut with a cream cheese filling.

Julia came from Hungary, where she started cooking and baking passionately at a young age. Now, she shares her passion and talent with you by baking the best cakes and  pastries using the finest ingredients.

She is  mostly self-taught  in cake decorating techniques. However she has studied advanced classes with renowned cake artist Collette Peters, owner of Collette's Cakes in New York City.  Julia has trained over the years with a number of cake artists to perfect her craft.

Julia was awarded third place for Excellence in 2001 by the Ohio Women's Show.
