Julia's Cakes specializes in preparing delicious and elegant cakes for weddings. An assortment of traditional European pastries, as well as other special desserts, are also offered.

Order pastries as a complement to your wedding menu, or have some at your next party or holiday gathering.

Minimum order is 2 dozen per variety. Please call for an appointment. Because Julia uses quality ingredients, prices are subject to change.
 

Traditional European Pastries:

Walnut Rolls  -  $14.00/roll                                                         
17-inch long sweet bread with a delicious walnut filling rolled inside. Can be cut into slices and arranged decoratively.

Poppy Seed Rolls  -  $14.00/roll                                                
Same as the walnut roll, but filled with a sweet poppy seed filling.

Raspberry Linzer Rings  -  $8.00/doz.                                        
Two cookies with raspberry jam in-between and chopped walnuts on top.

Gerbauds  -  $10.00/doz.                                                                   
Three thin pastry layers with apricot jam and ground walnuts in-between. Covered withchocolate and cut into bars.

Vanilla Crescents  -  $6.00/doz.                                                       
Moon-shaped cookies with ground walnuts. Dusted with powdered vanilla sugar.

Squares topped with sweet cottage cheese and raisins, and covered with meringue.

A scrumptious square of chocolate layers. A thick layer of chocolate whipped cream between two chocolate cake layers and topped with a crispy chocolate coating.

A thick square of smooth vanilla cream and whipped cream between two layers of a delicate pastry and topped with a caramel glaze.

Sweet bread and a delicious walnut filling rolled into cute crescents.

Jam-Filled Butter Cookies (Huszar Csok)  -  $8.00/doz.                  
Tasty plump cookies with raspberry or apricot jam in the center.

Flaky appetizers baked with a golden, cheesy top. Available in potato, bacon or sour cream flavors.

Three layers of moist chocolate cake topped with the traditional icing made with chopped pecans and coconut. (Size is 9" round.)

Four layers of light walnut cake filled with a rich chocolate frosting. Decorated with ground walnuts. (Size is 9" round.)
