Cake Flavors:

Chocolate Cake
Sinfully rich and chocolaty chocolate cake. Available with raspberry or chocolate filling, your choice.

Strawberry Cake
Pretty and pink, because it's loaded with fresh berries. Moist and delicious, it's as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.

White Cake
It's fabulous. Even better with raspberry or pineapple filling, and a touch of Grand Marnier or Amaretto.

Carrot Cake
Full of pineapple and spices, and nuts if you like. The cream cheese filling makes this moist cake complete.

Lemon Cake
A little twist of lemon makes this cake a refreshing treat. With raspberry or lemon custard filling, it's delightful.

Spice Cake
Cinnamon and spice make this cake so nice. A touch of Grand Marnier or rum makes it even nicer.

Banana Almond Cake
An unusually light and fluffy banana cake. Almond slivers give it an elegant touch.

Italian Creme Cake
This special recipe includes shredded coconut and ground walnuts. A cream cheese filling makes the best combination.

White Chocolate Cake
A hint of cocoa butter makes this cake melt in your mouth. It goes well with either a lemon or white chocolate buttercream filling.

Hazelnut Date Torte
This rich European torte is filled with ground hazelnut and chopped dates. A creamy chocolate filling is the traditional complement to this specialty.

Walnut Torte
A four-layer torte loaded with ground walnuts. For the filling you can choose a walnut buttercream with a few drops of rum, or chocolate with a touch of espresso and rum.

Frostings:

Original Buttercream
This smooth and creamy frosting goes well with any cake. Only real butter and quality ingredients are used.

Boiled Italian Meringue Buttercream
Light and fluffy, and not too sweet. It absolutely melts in your mouth. This is a gourmet boiled icing that is sure to please.

Fondant
Have your cake draped in smooth rolled fondant for an elegant look.
 


Julia is talented at decorating cakes in many styles, from the simple to the fancy, from the traditional to the modern. 

Decorations:

Traditional
You can choose from a variety of piped flowers and borders. Look through books and photos for ideas, or design your own.

Gum Paste
For a truly special cake, choose decorations hand-formed out of gum paste. You'll think the flowers are real. They can also be a keepsake you will treasure for a long time.

Fresh Flowers
Have your florist prepare a flower arrangement with which to adorn your cake. Silk flowers also look beautiful.
